AFS-1000B Automatic double head binding machine
Introduce
The AFS-1000B automatic double-head binding machine is a new model redesigned and developed by our company on the basis of the original A-type machine.
The machine is compact, compact and easy to adjust. Plc control, man-machine interface adjustment parameters, servo motor drive, accurate action, higher packaging speed.
The inside of the machine head is not easy to add oil to the oil pipe, and the lubrication is sufficient, which reduces the wear of the key parts and improves the service life of the whole machine.
The main body of the machine head is made of ductile iron, and the key parts are made of chrome-molybdenum alloy steel. It is treated with special technology to make it more wear-resistant and the failure rate is extremely low.
